The Milton Arms, Winterborne Whitechurch

These guys took over November 2010, coming with an excellent reputation from a pub near Dorchester. Warm and friendly welcome, lovely comfortable surroundings on a wet and cold Saturday. Had a fantastic lunch, especially the homecooked ham. Try the chefs trifle - slipped down a treat. Good selection of wines and beers. Dog friendly. Prices about average or just slightly cheaper - 175ml glass house merlot �2.40.
