Unfortunately the charm of the staff experienced by the previous customer would appear to be a thing of the past in our experience!

An awful evening - food passable but overpriced and small portions since the refurb, and poor service but the main reason we won't be going back (after several years as customers) is the appalling attitudeof the new owner when we complained, about a member of staff who was rude to us. If she's training the staff I can see where they get it from!
