The Hope, Carshalton

I am so disapointed with the Hope in carshalton. It was a great pub, traditional, serving good ales, no tv etc.

However I went round for a quick pint and was met by a typical thug of a bouncer, who informed me it was tickets only??

It seems this pub is just turning into the standard chain pubs you find on Sutton high street. Probably as a result of there recent success.

What a shame, great pub gone bad. Unfortunately it will be losing my custom.

They will be serving fosters within a month!
