The Scarsdale Tavern, Kensington

Pub is great, although the staff really need a lesson in catering. South african barman was genuinely rude when I took back a bloody mary because it was awful and asked for a replacement. Get the staff up to scratch and emphasise customer service and this place would be great.

Absolutely awful. Like an airport departure lounge crossed with a youth club. Beer is Deuchars, but badly kept. Play the same "piped music" of Aztec Camera et al from 1987 continuously. Wish they would turn the place into a pub again. It's hurrendous.
