The Nelson Arms, South Wimbledon/Colliers Wood

I was at the Nelson two weeks ago for my frinds 30th - Great atmosphere .. relaxed but fun, great staff and clean and classy surrounding - The new owners are really trying hard and very friendly and attentive to make sure customers feel good, comfortable and enjoy a drink with frinds. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I HAD WITH MY FRIENDS !! I agree its great to use sites like this to give open HONEST and deserving feedback - I'm not sure that the new owners deserve the feedback provided by ''anonymous''. Why ''anonymous''? As such I agree the menu could be better, but then I am convinced with the efforts of the new owners it will be! If I may add my comment, ''the most terrible thing to happen to boozers'' is actually unjust and undeserving feedback like this.. Good luck guys, please don't let disheartening feedback like this get to you.. you know who you are, what you are trying to do with this great venture and thats what counts... There is a lot of room for lots of local pubs .. each and every one has its place! Enjoy yours.... I hope many more poeple come and share my experience, best wishes...
