I HAVE TO AGREE WITH LAST POSTER. ADOLESCENT STAFF WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I TOO HAVE SEEN THEM SERVING ROGER WHILE HE WAS BARELY ABLE TO STAND, HE IS AN ALCOHOLIC AND THEY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE. BUT THEY WOULD RATHER KEEP SERVING HIM UNTIL HE ONCE AGAIN WILL BE FOUND SLUMPED IN EITHER THE GARDEN OR TOILETS.
MADE MY OPINIONS FELT LAST TIME AND THE GIRL WITH MESSY DARK HAIR TOLD ME TO F WORD OFF AND MIND MY OWN BUSINESS YOU STUPID C-WORD.

I WILL NEVER VENTURE HERE AGAIN TO THIS DISGRACE OF A PUB. IT WAS BAD ENOUGH BEING OWNED BY GREENE KING. BUT IT IS NOW AS BAD AS IT GETS.
SAD. THE AREA IS BEAUTIFUL. RECOMMEND THE GEORGE HOTEL AND BAR IS ALSO OPEN UNTIL LATE

The Queens Head, Bradfield

Run by a skint couple called Keith and Andy , Keith is a disgusting vile , vulgar rude individual , writes bouncy checks to his suppliers. A friend of mine repaired his car , replaced wheel bearings, track rod end and replaced two tyres and charged him 202.00 on a Renault scenic, he gave him a false cheque then refused to pay him saying he was being overcharged!!! , he eventually paid in drips and drabs. He is notorious for not paying his staff, runs up large wage bills over months then offers them 10 or 20 ponds here and there.
Total idiot. Ruined this pub, lost all the local clientele from his rude attitude and filthy demise. Andy is ok but stays hidden in the kitchen so you never see him.
A pensioner should not be running a pub in his state, dirty old man leering at any women that dare venture in. Always drunk and always smells of urine.
Beer id disgusting, lines cleaned only now and then, bar filthy. Kitchen worse. Ask the bloke from bon appetite in Pangbourne what the kitchen here is like. So dirty he refused to continue supplying his products
