The Swan on the Green, West Peckham

Lovely pub, lovely setting, but I wish I had read these reviews before I went, then perhaps I would not have been so surprised and upset by the staff rudeness.
There seems to be a policy of serving men first, however long the woman customer has been waiting. Don't bother to challenge this, as the landlord will make it clear he doesn't care.
And why should he care? However many people he drives away by his rudeness, there will always be more people because of the setting and the good beer. What a shame he chooes to spoil it.
