The Queens Head, Bradfield

Made the mistake of trying the Sunday lunch at �12.50. Cold plates, some cold veg, just about warm and cardboardy Yorkshires and, to top it all, no crispy crackling .... no crunch at all despite it being adverted on the menu. Just soggy pork fat. Couple this with a front of house who insisted on asking for feedback but then didn't listen, became incredibly defensive and offered up bizare excuses like 'that soggy fat is your cracking sir'! We couldn't wait to leave. Very disappointing and yet another business that has forgotton that the customer matters. For those in the mood for a roast, a Toby's is as good for half the price!
