Yikes, just popped in there recently. NASTY. Just thought i'd update the review thread to let people know there is no change.

The 'selection of real ales' was a selection of 1, that being courage best, and it tasted weird.

The White Swan, Richmond

I've been to this pub a number of times before and found it to be a nice place to spend a summer evening but not after the last visit. One member of staff was very rude to me and my friends, shortly after walking in at the start of the evening (before even ordering the first drink!). This was surprising as there was about 12 of us looking to spend the whole night (and a lot of money) there. The 'reviews policy' asks people not to rant so i sharn't go into it in detail. Needless to say i won't be suggesting this pub to my friends/colleagues anymore and will never be drinking there again. Shame really.
