The Cricketers, Richmond

Took the future in laws to this pub for Sunday lunch as my fiance and I had been once before and found the food amazing. This time though was VERY different. Waited an hour from ordering food to it coming to the table, 1 of the dishes had to be sent back because it was cold, the beef was fatty, gristly and chewy and the teas and coffees were served with only half a cupful of hot water so we had to ask for more hot water for them. Not a great impression on the in laws!
We complained and were told that the original chef had walked out a few weeks ago and they now had a stand in. Awful food so won't be going back again.
