The Boaters Inn, Kingston Upon Thames

Had a terrible experience in this pub. Our group sat for 90 mins at an unreserved table, drinking, and then when the jazz concert began the manager kicked us out claiming the table was reserved. He even accused us of removing a reserved notice, which we hadn't. It's not as if the people who claimed to have booked it were eating or anything. It was clearly his fault yet he treated us like dirt. I've never been so insulted.
