Under new ownership since august 2009, the Old Farmhouse has found a new lease of life under the managers Marianne & Monty and their team, they are keen to prove to everyone that their local is back and now we're open all day and serving food throughout as well.

The Upton Inn, Upton Cheyney

This pub has had a change of ownership and is now a real gem again. They�ve refitted the restaurant and given everything a really sympathetic tidy up. The food price is very reasonable and they have a whole host of great offers now.

The traditional pub menu has all of the usual favourites and it�s complimented by a really good specials board if you fancy something well �Special�.

The Seniors menu is a great idea, smaller portions for smaller prices. They have a Juniors kids menu and I�ve been several times on a Sunday and their carvery is out of this world.

My family are regular attendees at the Monday night quiz and it�s a real hoot, they give away �250 in cash prizes every week for the first five place winners and the famous wooden spoon for the less successful, a great night out I can�t recommend it enough. �2 entry and they even put on a fabulous curry for �4.99.

I�m really impressed with the food, the service, the drinks and the price; it�s nice to have a really decent pub to depend on at last.
