The Twelve Pins, Finsbury Park
Been my local for 8 years - yeah, some dodgy characters (occasionally), but good beer, plenty of friendly folk, excellent sports coverage, and by far the best bar staff I have ever met - sociable and efficient. No reason to go over the road to the Blackstock (much dodgier, & ruder staff too!!)
