The Haverstock Arms, Belsize Park

This pub is brilliant on a hot summers day, watching the football. Ok so the Landlord has a reputation for being a bit firey but with this pub, what you see is what you get. It's down to earth and one of the last few traditional pubs in the area, worth a visit just to look at the pictures on the wall!

The Hill, Primrose Hill

Always avoided this pub because of it's snooty reputation but when my local was shut on Sunday I popped over the road for a pint. More expensive than I'm used to but the staff handled the extra customers well-even turfing out two trouble makers that were double their size!Beer garden was a bit small but for atmosphere and service I was pleasantly surprised. I'll still be sticking to my old boozer but will consider this for a special occasion.
