Sippers, Plymouth

Visited this pub 2 years ago and found the food good but was sadly disappointed when we were there on Friday night. Ordered 4 scampi, chips & salad. Only 2 arrived the other 2 were given to another table. The 2 we received were cold and there was hardly any salad. Our 2 friends waited ages for their scampi. We were going to a concert so had no alternative but to eat what we had as there was no time to go anywhere else. When we complained the lady (not sure if she was the landlady) was quite rude - she gave us �5.00 refund to share. When I said we won't be back her comment was 'good'. Not the way a pub landlord should act. They seemed to be short staffed and unable to cope with a rush of people. Had we not paid in advance we would have walked out immediately. We definitely will not be back.
