Lost and Co, Putney

This place has a good selection of reasonably priced cocktails.

Its open very late and is free to get in which is something of a rarity.

Can attract some dodgy clientelle though due to the late license, but the bar staff are speedy and friendly considering how many cocktails they have to churn out.

Not really a good place to come and watch sport, but its great to nip in at some godawful hour for a nightcap.

The Whistle and Flute, Putney

Generally find this pub a nice place to start in Putney. The prmises seem clean and if you park yourself at the bar, the staff serving always seem to check up on you and fill your glass when needed.

Its not the best layout if its quite busy, but if you are looking for a quiet drink and a catch up with a friend, this is a comfortable, friendly boozer.

A good place to start before moving on somewhere else.

The Fox, Putney

Have been in here 5 or 6 times since moving to putney, but will not go back.

Clientelle consists of Chelsea fans that are 'banned from going to the football these days so come in here' and generally mope about in the beer garden. If you support any other london team, then keep it to yourself.

Bar staff seem completely disinterested and unprofessional. food service is appalling. Slow and cold or microwaved to the point where the plate burns to the touch.

the only saving graces of this venue are the fact that you can see the football from pretty much anywhere in the pub, and it serves alcohol. the front half of the pub is scented heavily by the filthy toilets.

A shame, as Putney is crying out for a quality boozer where people can watch the football without any hassle.
