The Nicest but quitest bar in Uxbridge, most people don't even know its there.

Kwak can be found and you can even get the special glasses to drink from.

Although it maybe better to send a female to order it as you have to hand over your shoe as a deposit.

The Metropolitan, Uxbridge

This pub wins has down over the Old Bill for all the reasons mentioned, The smell mentioned is probably wafting from across the road.

The Only problem is the lack of Sky Tv. Present until recently, so it makes this good football watching pub a non starter. Also, even if the footballl is on terristal the Lcd screen gets interference from anything that moves and repeated freezes (not a one time occurance).

Since the refurb (2005), the pub is so much better as now when you open the front door smoke doesn't come pouring out.
