The North Star, Leytonstone
Just moved in to this area. Wasn�t sure about the pub from outside but popped in eventually. Really nice local with delicious and cheap food. The food we had was lovely - crab burger was delicious and prawns also really good. I�ve heard they�re doing a mussels night soon and going to go for sure. Definitely worth a visit for the food and particularly if you like a laid back non-chain environment (ie slower than a chain but much more tasty & friendly).
