The Old Crown, Much Hadham

The Old Crown has recently undergone a refurbishment and was reopened on the 22nd of November 2008. Whilst the inside and outside haven�t changed structurally a fresh coat of paint has lifted it from dark and cluttered to light and airy.
There is one bar area, which is in between to seating areas which are primarily used fro dinning. There is also a patio area out front which again can be used for eating and drinking .
The menu has been brought back to basics with the likes of ham, egg and chips, sausage and mash and homemade soups. And there�s the Sunday roast, cuts of beef, lamb, turkey or pork served with freshly made Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes with a gravy that takes two days to make and is a food group in its own right
There is a selection of lagers, beers, wines and spirits . The service is warm and friendly as well as relaxed
