The Wellington, Strand

Small pub with 3 real ales on in reasonable codition. Was not impressed that the barman used a glass that was already sitting under the tap with some beer in. Very loud and intrusive music playing continuously - very annoying. I won't be coming here again.

The Bell Inn, Hampton

After a very dodgy period a few months ago, where there was a serious lack of real beer and many complaints, I thought it time to give it another go. I understand that another manager has been installed. I have been in twice this week and had several excellent pints of Naked Ladies and Wandle. Although I havent eaten there for a good while, the couple next to me at the bar were praising the food, so maybe it's back up to scratch. I will tentatively give this pub a positve review and hope a few more people review it

The Evening Star, Brighton

Absolutely superb - just what a real boozer should be, with an amazing selection of interesting well kept beers.
Will certainly be heading here again when I'm next in Brighton
