Dial Arch, Woolwich

A nice pub that never seems to live up to its potential. The manager is as miserable as sin and clearly detests his job. If the pub is quiet, things are generally ok but at peak times it falls apart. It seems drastically understaffed and while The vast majority of the staff are hard working, they are clearly let down by a few.

New management would be welcome.
