Regular pub visitor, always on the lookout for a decent pint ( I drink most beers, and tend to vary from lager to ale quite often), good service (vital), and staff who connect selling beer, with earning money. Rather than doing just about everything else execept concentrating on selling beer i.e. watching TV, sending texts,playing with children/dogs etc.
