The Captain Kidd, Wapping

I've met some classically rude landlords but this one takes the biscuit. We travelled quite a long way to visit friends who lived nearby otherwise we would have left right away. His emotionless staff helped to give the place a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. I really regret parting with my money in that place. What a shame. Such a beautiful location and such great beer. But please don't spend your money there.
