No wonder we lost the world cup if places like this don't sell good British ale but pander to foreign larger drinkers. This must be the only Greene King pub in the country, nay the universe, not to sell any Greene King beer. Four hand pumps and more often than not only one in action, and that for only a few days a week. Something must be wrong if the only ale ever on offer is bog standard IPA and that only if the wind is in the right direction and the phase of the moon is correct. You don't get real ale here just excuses. Still a great pub if you like it quite, very very quite.
