The Haunch of Venison, Salisbury

Why did I not read these reviews before visiting The Haunch and wasting my money? The beer was just drinkable...just. The food terrible ,tasteless ,straight from the microwave, and to add insult to injury they add a service charge to your bill.Take note patrons ,you have tipped for bad food without knowing,dont leave money on the table

The Green Dragon Inn, Stoke Fleming

After a scenic 1.1/2 hour walk from Dartmouth along the coastal path a pub with a decent pint will do but to find this gem was a real bonus.Good ale,well kept and friendly barman.Very comfortable.A return visit asap is something we look forward to.

The Windjammer, Dartmouth

Shame about stevetheman's review.We were in during half term when it could have been disaster but the bar staff were great as was the beer,but the really great thing was that we could do that old fashioned thing....hold a conversation... and not end up with sore throats. Lovely pub.
