The Beehive, Marylebone

The service in this pub is appalling. The assistant manager is particularly unpleasant and when we returned a disgusting glass of wine for a slightly less disgusting one attempted to charge us for both and then argued with us. If someone is not capable of basic politeness they should not work in a customer service role. Avoid this pub, go to others in the Marylebone area where they understand that a pub stays in business on the basis of its ability to retain customers. On this basis I hope the owners of the Beehive hire some more polite staff, and soon.
