The Crown & Anchor, Eastbourne

As a student in Eastbourne it is always a pleasure to frequent the Crown and Anchor Pub. A traditional English pub with a mixture of people, both young and old all having a good time. I have spent many an evening playing pool, watching football and enjoying the friendly atmosphere. Tuesday nights are free pool and free jukebox - always a popular night with many people. The weekends always has the major football games live on the big screen and when the evening comes the pull of live music, karaoke, quiz nights and more on a regular basis make this the place to be in Eastbourne. The bar staff are always friendly and helpful and the landlady is a wonderful host who makes everybody feel welcome. Feeling hungry? Then save that appetite and tuck into one of the great meals that the Crown and Anchor put on - traditional english breakfasts, roast dinners with lamb, pork and chicken, top quality beef burgers and many more great food options. Fantastic portions that will leave you feeling satisfied.
