I've often passed this pub in the car. The other day I stopped and was pleasently surprised. It was very well kept inside. The beer was good and we are going back again to try the food.
Worth the detour!

Under new management and much better now. Sunday lunch is good value. The whole menu has been revamped and is very tasty. Try the sausages!.
The garden is great to sit in and the beer is OK.
