Live in the West Midlands but enjoy travelling the country trying out pubs in the Good Beer Guide and visiting micro-breweries.
Fanatical about caravanning and real ales. Always on the look out for pubs and beer festivals where I can use my caravan and not worry about drink driving.
I enjoy dark beers in particular Orkney Dark Island. If anyone knows of an interesting pub with camping/caravanning attached I'm interested and would love to hear about it.

Not a place for a quiet drink. Great if you are into TV screens and horse racing, cricket or other sports blasting out. Personally I prefer conversation and leaving TV at home.
The beer was ok, I had Blackhorse Bitter, brewed by Bridgnorth Brewery.

The Railwaymans Arms, Bridgnorth
Quite a busy pub on the Severn Valley Railway with a good range of ever changing beers. The quality of the ales was very good.

The Bag O' Nails, Bristol
Just spent a week in Bristol and visited a number of pubs, but this was far in font of any that we visited. The beer range was fantastic, with seven ales on, all in fantastic condition. We went back in on New Years Eve and were made very welcome by Paul & Amanda. The locals were great too, we certainly didn't feel like strangers. It's a pub I will visit again when in the area.
Thanks to you all at the Bag O Nails, and all the best for the coming year.
