The Three Crutches, Strood

Have today visited the Three Crutches. We have used the place many times and its getting worse and worse. Why we keep trying i don't know. Today the lasagne was slop, the cheese garlic bread microwaved, the chips manky looking and re-fried tasting of fish and the gammon was like eating from a salt cellar. Asked if we were happy with our meals we explained the above. The reply was 'Sorry about that'!!! We refused to pay for the 2 extra sides of chips but before the rude asst manageress agreed to refund the price of chips she needed to see them first and trying to humiliate my wife in front of diners. Believe me she would have met her match as my wife did not intend in making a scene. If it had carried on she would have mentioned the lasagne being slop and the microwaved garlic bread with cheese.They have had enough chances and enough is enough.
