The Plume of Feathers, Greenwich

A couple of fact:-
1) The beer industry the is in decline 8% year on year.
2) 4 pubs close a day.
3) This Pub is is in a great location.

I can honestly say that that I had the worst experience ever in this pub. I've also visited a significant number of pubs in my time as I've spent 10 year's working for the global number 1 brewer in the On-Trade so I 'd like to think I'm justified with my opinion.

I have had a similar experience to a similar reviewer; who also made a similar mistake to myself as bringing a pram into the pub. I was also attacked/approached by the French owner who has all the customer service abilities of a female Eric Cantona at Selhurst Park with a bad dose of PMT.

I too as per your previous reviewer was too shocked to make a immediate retort. I am anoyed at myself and my spineless mates that we didn't leave straight away.

Therefore the lesson is is thus:-

The pub trade in the UK is on the ropes, this pub however is in a great location..... If you want to be a seagull and follow the trawler, go for it.

Just don't be surprised if you are greeted by a kung fu kick of customer service!!
