The Old Thameside Inn, London Bridge

The beer I chose was the Marston's Pedigree - awful.. Dirty glass too. Ordered food - waited over 40 minutes for it for which I was not forewarned. Dirty cutlery too! Staff were not bothered by all of this and carried on mucking about behind the bar. Meal came - chips cold and an extra topping on my burger which I hadnt ordered. Lots of tourists of course, but I would imagine no repeat customers.. Not to be repeated. Disappointing especially when they boast good beer and 'quality' food and 'excellent' customer service...
