The Harwood Arms, Fulham

Hi JBPower21.

I am Beate, the manager of the Harwood, and would like to elaborate on what my assistant just posted. I, too, apologise for the steak not being to your liking. Our chefs have been with us for 4 years, and are extremely capable so you must have been un believably unlucky on the day. As for the 2 wines off the menu, we were in the process of changing our list which we do seasonally. That means we run down the old wines first.

After discussing this incident with all the staff, I also would like to make it clear that abusive, aggressive behaviour and poor manners is something we can do without in this friendly neighbourhood pub. If you do wish to come back please remember that the staff are there to help you and not to take out agression on.

Hello to anonymous 7 aug 2007. This is Bea from the Malt House. I just thought you should know manager Chris no longer works here... :)

In the future if you intend to publicly name and critisise someone, you might grow the back bone to put your own name to it? Just a thought.
