The Queens, Primrose Hill

A truly awful place to go for a Sunday roast. The beef was like chewing on an old shoe, the only thing that takes you attention away from the cr*p roast is the wretched service.
The miserable girl behind the bar shouted at us that if we wanted food we had to go to the bar get a piece of paper and take our order ourselves. This seemed a touch odd as we were a group of nine in an otherwise empty pub. Oh, I nearly forgot how moody the staff were when we asked to split the bill three ways, taking it apon themselves to try and over charge us �100. The only thing this pub has going for it is location.

The Priory Tavern, Kilburn

Having read the good reports about the Sunday Roast, I visited yesterday with a group of five friends. I'd like to echo the positive reveiws already posted before.
The roast served here is superb, friendly staff and the fact the pub was nearly empty adds to the relaxed atmosphere. I've given a high rating based purely on the Sunday afternoon/ meal experience. Knowing most of the pubs well in the area, this is my pick for Sundays.
