The Nothe Tavern, Weymouth

We (me, my girlfriend and 2 children) went to the Nothe Tavern for my birthday recently. It was fantastic!

Yes, it was busy but we got a table. I would rather be somewhere busy as this means that they are doing something right!

The pub is well presented- it is traditional without being old fashioned. There was a wide selection of food at very reasonable prices. As a vegetarian, I was pleased with the choice.

The childrens meals were good value and were of a very good standard. It was actually "proper" food, not the normal rubbish some pubs try and pass off as food.

We had a dessert- the waffles are amazing! There was a very good choice of desserts, at very reasonable prices (the portions are HUGE!)

Overall, I have to say that this is one of the nicest meals I have had. I would definitely suggest a visit and we will definitely be going back. 10/10
