The Red Cross Inn, Reigate

The Red Cross Inn is the hardest pub to run in Reigate. This is the reason so many people have chucked in their keys and cut their loss's. Everyone thinks they know how to run a pub, and are very quick to say "I could do a better job" but really have no idea how to even run a pub. Instead of everyone being against the management, try and help them make The Red Cross work. Yes, some of the bar staff had better things to do than serve, but they work long hours, not just downstairs, but also upstairs trying to improve the accomodation. Which is appaling. If you live in a buiding thats falling apart you start not caring.Just give the new guys a chance.
