The Quayside Inn, Falmouth

A pub that used to have immense character totally sanitised by it's corporate owner who also owns the Chainlocker next door.
Less than mediocre.

Shame, the finest pub ever degraded by the new corporate owner who thinks "one size fits all" . Great if you like boil in the bag food and surfing the net for free instead of talking to your mates.

The Boathouse, Falmouth

Real beer, real fire, real food, great music thanks to Nick's wonderfully diverse taste - no boring jukebox is required, best view in Falmouth, and a proper independent Cornish pub unlike the nasty corporate chain pubs that are creeping into the town selling dogy beer and nuking their customers with wifi, so for the sensitive souls amongst you look no futher.
