The Marlipins Pub, Shoreham by Sea

Visited this pub for the first time over the weekend and I have to say what a lovely little pub it is! Very surprised to find a restaurant/conservatory area and then a little courtyard garden beyond that, the bar area itself had a very nice atmosphere and a good choice of drinks, 4 real ales & 5 lagers on draught, I also had a meal which was very tasty (Home-made Steak & Kidney pie, highly recommended) staff were very friendly, as were what I assume locals as there was plenty of banter!! All in all a very nice experience...will definitely be back, job well done!
