The Bent Arms, Lindfield

Thanks to a road diversion on our way back from camping yesterday, we were lucky to find this traditional and historic pub with home cooked food. We sat in the beautiful garden to eat and drink and this experience finished our holiday off a treat. The food is exceptional and all home cooked. We enjoy home cooked food and can be very fussy when eating out. I can honestly say, this is the best pub lunch, if not meal, that we have had out in a long long time! Such good value as well. We only wish we lived nearer to it, as we would become regulars! The fillet steak sandwich (homemade bread), chips, salad, homemade coleslaw and cous cous salad was our choice..... tasty and plenty of it.....just superb! Hope to pop in again one day soon.
