The Two Brewers, Covent Garden
Had great weather for early April and sat outside with a pint of Guinness to watch the world go by. Great stop for a walk from the Museum to Trafalgar. Very interesting area. Nice atmosphere inside, but barmaid was a little "distant" and even in an empty bar I had to call her over for service at the bar. Nice spot, I'd give it a second go for sure.

Definitely a place to meet interesting people. Guinness is fine, and barmaid was really nice. Sat at the bar and chatted with a fellow patron for a while. Came back a few hours later and sat in the upstairs area under a sunny windowed sky. Great rest after walking in Camden all day. Again, the Guinness makes it worth the trip. Great atmosphere, good music, great people.

I'm a Guinness fan, and the George pulls a good one. They've got regular and Extra Cold. But the smoke is almost intolerable on a Fri/Sat night. Outdoor in the summer is ok but it gets full in there.

Golden Lion, Romford
Absolutely loved this pub. The atmosphere was great, with lots of old wood beams. Guinness was nice, and I had the Sausage and Mash and it was very tasty. Stumbled upon it after an afternoon shopping at the mall and market. What a great find. Will definitely try to get back again next trip.
