Waxy's Little Sister, Piccadilly Circus
Couldn't get in [the staircase entrance] last night, hence 0 score.
4 fellas, 1 with tracky trousers on. He is not allowed in. We then go to another pub and then tracksuit man goes home. We go back to Waxys to try our luck. Only for the bouncer this time to say 'unless one of you is a lady, you cant come in'.
Well, changing trousers is one thing but i think undergoing a sex change is a bit extreme, just for a pint.

Visited at midday yesterday. Very helpful and friendly barmaid. Nice pint of London Pride. Best of Lynyrd Skynyrd on the stereo behind the bar.
Must admit I thought the 'no dancing' signs were an ironic statement, considering the size of the pub, but judging by other comments on here I was mistaken.
All seemed very down to earth for wardour street which was fine by me and my friends. Went back later in evening before closing time, to find an overly noisy sweaty pub with little of the charm from lunchtime. Or perhaps I am just getting old!

Sells bavarian lager [cant recall its name] on draught which knocks your head off. Seating outside in Summer.
No frills indoors which is no bad thing. A pub to meet up for conversation rather than for more contemporary diversions. Literally a minutes walk from oxford street but miles away from the hustle bustle.

Belushi's, Camden
Seemed all right to me. Food took a while though and the one barmaid seemed to have to do everything from pint pulling to food ordering to glass collecting. Probably cooked too for all I know.
Full marks to the barmaid, ok marks for the pub.
What is a 'real' drinker anyway? There arent real drinkers, only pretentious ones.
