Salisbury is my home town (i now live in Southampton) and whenever i visit home i always pop into the old ale house. Unless you know Salisbury quite well you will probably not find it as it is tucked away but the atmosphere is fantastic and the olde worlde style is really cosy. Not been in on an evening as yet but the food is brilliant. Good range of beers and ales.

Love this pub, id have to say it is my favourite out of all the pubs in Totton. They do not tolerate any trouble, have good bands playing and provide great food especially the sunday carvery which i have not tried yet as on a diet (lol) but looks and smells fantastic. You wont go hungry afterwards thats for sure! They have a lovely marquee which is why we are using it for our wedding reception, can't wait.

This pub was given a bad reputation to me when i first moved to this area, how wrong they were. On the few occaisions i have been to this pub i have found the staff friendly and kind and a good evening is had by all, especially Karaoke nights. Not a bad pub at all.
