The Jerusalem Tavern, Clerkenwell
'Fancy a Pint' rate this pub one of the best in london. I just don't get. it's even wellshort of being the best in Clerkenwell. Small, uncomfortable tourist trap with indferent service. Unless St. Peters' beer is your bag - give it a miss!

Low Lights Tavern, North Shields
run by the guys who had the Tap. As you would expect a good & varied beer selection

Good pub, great beer & ciderselection but badly let down by the bar staff

The Dartmouth Castle, Hammersmith
A much improved pub with good beer served by people who know what they're doing!

An excellent and extensive range of real ales served by people who know what they're doing in an un-spoilt pub

A hidden gem. A totally unspoilt traditional English pub

The Jerusalem Tavern, Clerkenwell
Good beer, but the whole experience was ruined by staff who stopped serving at 10.55pm and hustled everyone out by 11.15. There are many better pubs in the area

Excelent pub, excellent beer. Probably the best pub in Soho

It's rumoured they spent 400,000 on a refurb but it doesn't look too much different. Disappointing un-adventerous choice of continental beers. 3 real ales but 3.30 for a pint of London Pride!! The best pub on Askew Rd. by a country mile, but it could be so much better

Going in to this pub is like stepping back in time. What a depressing place

Excellent range of beers, friendly, effcient service., and a discount for CAMRA members! Though I do agree with Eddie that the TT Landlord was not at its best last night

The Crown and Anchor, Chiswick
This pub is now open again (though God knows why!)and has reverted to its original name 'Crown and Anchor' It is a refurbishing disaster, being neither tradditional pub or trendy Chiswick wateringhole. The range of beers is extremely limited. The London Pride was undrinkable. I committed the ultimate sin of asking for a glass for my bottle of Budvar. Hot day. Cold beer. Hot glass. Perfect combination!

Good beer selection including Timothy Taylor's Landlord. Went in last week hoping to see Euro 08 semifinal but was told that new manager does not like sport on TV. Met someone in there last night and there was tennis on. The same barman said that tennis is ok but football watchers are too rowdy Perhaps the manager should publish a list of 'acceptable' sports

Should be a good pub but it aint. I was overjoyed when I saw Black Sheep on tap. But sadly the barman tried to get away with topping up a pint glas that had been sitting there. A cardinal sin! To make matters worse he tried to justify himself

A little gem of a pub. Excellent Timothy Taylor Landord. Run by someone who really knows his beer

Excellent indian food, good bar staff, ok Fullers' beers but what spoils this pub is an unfriendly landlord and his clique

The Brook Green Hotel, Hammersmith
I visited on the re-opening night after a refurb. It's trying to move upmarket. Over intrusive waiter service forced us to move on after just 1 drink. Another 'ok' pub ruined. I won't rush back

The Britannia Tap, West Kensington
2.99 for a pint of indifferent Bombadier!. Not in the same league as the late, lamented Radnor

A'local' pub for 'local' people. Strangers not welcome I feel - which is bizzare given its location by the railway station

Popped in for a pint last night, fist visit for over 10 years. Good beer & excellent service

The Defector's Weld, Shepherds Bush
Probably the best pub on Shepherd's Bush Green but that's not saying much. I was in there last week. It's expensive and the majority of staff can't be arsed to serve, prefering to chat to boyfriends or to stare vacantly into space. At least the beggars are busy. We were approached 3 times for money

A much improved pub. A 'must' for disciples of Timothy Taylor beers

The Swan, Hammersmith
Good choice of beers, Attentive staff. But the music is TOO LOUD!
