what a great pub. big enough to cope with the largest of groups yet laid out in a way that you don't feel overwelmed by the space. great menu with a combination of good home cooked meals at what I must say are very reasonably priced. I had 1/2 a roast chicken and my friend went for the liver and bacon and the bill was just �10 I think thats fantastic value. And it was really quite good. we will be back.

the george and falcon is a closed down, empty, pub looks like it has had a refurb but no one is brave enough to take it on with its new look and i bet high rent to match

The Bird In Hand, Lovedean

this pub is sadly closed at present. lets hope it reopens soon with a cheery new landlord and a good chef. i for one would love to see this place busy again. but whatever any negative comments posted prior to this are now nil and viod. lets just see what the future brings.
