used to visit at lunchtime really great place love it in the summer when you can perch yourself in the beer garden and it feels like you're in the middle of the park.

The Windsor Castle, Clapham Junction
i like this pub as it's a traditional, laid back and you don't get any aggro, nice beer sometimes you get overlooked by bar staff when you're in the side bar and have to hop about waving your note in the air! full of genuine people not the plastics from the souless holes right on the doorstep. i've not seen any punch ups or any sort of trouble maybe the 'animal' idabiz saw was me waving said note!.... don't dismiss this place,i'd take it over the falcon anyday.

oh my god.i think the owners have bin here as long as the cornerstones!! they're lovely people, fantastic live rock and roll on the weekends but need to invest in a bigger and better pool table.

Devonshire, Balham
bloody abysmal......was my local before the refit
seems they dont want their old client base at all.
the barstaff used to be friendly and chatty now there only interested in getting u served and if u dont want food they make u feel like a leper.
there is no soul nor charm about the place anymore....
just full of young proffessionals that shout rather than talk and have more m oney than sense..i'll not be back...
would also like to know how they justify not far off 4 quid for a pint of fosters (possibly one of the cheapest lagers on draught) for that price id have hoped it was brewed by angels.nope.never ever again,i refuse to pay extra on my beer to cover the price of the tarty wallpaper.
