This pub has finally got its just deserts,the police this week closed it down for 3 months and unless somebody like a pub chain comes and takes it over and so run it like a pub should run then it should not be allowed to re open Deacons has been nothing but trouble and is a let down to the Boscombe area,so in my eyes its good riddence.

I have not been into this pub for some time but it used to be full of drunk builders and so had a rough impression and judging by some of the comments below nothings changed.It also had uncomfortble seating and not very warm especially in winter time.

Well I Have to say this pub is heading to the dogs,the last manager got the push so Im told.And since he's been gone in my eyes its really got worse only 1 person behind the bar most of the time and all those that have been barred from the previous manager are getting back in and some are not pleasent.So come on Marstons get some 1 decent in who knows what their doing running a pub and make Greens enjoyable again.

This is a nice pub and I use it quite often but the 1 down side to it is their is never enough staff on duty it does not matter if its busy or quiet you wait ages to be served I think I am echoing comments made on quite a few previous postings THAT THEIR IS NEVER ENOUGH STAFF ON DUTY.

I have been comming into this pub quite often just recently,and I find it quite a friendly little place.
The staff very helpful but the one thing I don't quite understand is the sudden appearence of candels arround the place,its as if someone has just died and its kind of like a chapel of rest with a bar in it.Also smoking out side the front door is quite off putting they should use the area provided at the rear of the pub.

Iam a regular at this pub and come to my attension that since the last manager left more people are using the front door area to smoke,this is very off putting and they should be made to use the area provided at the back of the pub

Just visited this pub recently and since I was last here its got new management well I hope in duecourse
they improve things somewhat.The regulars are hatchet faced and look like they have just come out of jail and also it appears tobe a regular haunt for the local constablary.So like what a prevous comment states THIS PUB STILL ROCKS!!!

We often use this pub for our work lunches but just recently we've been disapointed to find the kitchen closed.This has been happening quite alot just recently and they only started a new menu last week. since the last management team left things have gone a bit down hill and all very dissapointing.So hurry up Elderidge pope and get a decent manager in.

The Brunswick Hotel, Bournemouth
I have been in this pub quite alot just recently,mainly to watch the live football and I find a very nice cosy place and also friendly staff.On a sunday they have card bingo which is bingo with playing cards which I find enjoyable.and also they have a very good juke box in the public bar,there are songs on it that I have not heard for years.Any I think this pub is a nice pub and id recommend it to anyone.

I have visited this pub on a few occasions in recent months and Im afraid to say its very poor You have a landlord who looks more suited to Londons east end and most of the regulars who use this pub look like ex-criminals and very dodgy.My advice sadly is to avoid this pub at allcosts very shady place.

The Raven, Cork
This pub is a very small place in the heart of Cork City,and I found it a very friendly pub when I was going their which was quite a long time ago now it was run by a family and I think the landlords name was Dennis.They don't serve food here except if their is big footy match but I found it like Ive mentioned very friendly and great craic.Hope to visit again in the near future.
