A good example of a traditional drinkers pub. Warm welcome and a bit grubby. Excellent real beers. Good food too, I'd recommend the chicken vindaloo and especially the mixed pickle that comes with it. The beer garden is very pleasant on a summers day. The beer glasses could all do with a polish.

The Jolly Brickmakers, Redhill
What a "jolly" pleasant pub. Friendly owners and clientele. The real beers are Everards Tiger and Wells Bombardier, both well kept. Pool AND bar billiards. Food at lunchtime was limited to a few rolls and burgers. The otherwise pleasant and flowery patio is marred by the noise from an extractor fan. Elsewhere this may not rate so highly but this is easily the best pub I've found in Redhill.

The Bhurtpore Inn, Aston
The beer list majors in Belgian and German beers but traditional British beer drinkers are well catered for too. imho this pub has the best beer list in the UK, and its served in a quiet and unassuming village pub.
The food is also excellent, especially the curry. (When they say hot they mean hot).
