Went on a Saturday Night, busy to say the least. Took ages to get served, but this has got to have the best priced drink in the area, decent brands of wine at rock bottom prices. I wont go agin on a Friday or Saturday, but with supermarket prices for a decent bottle of wine I think the other days are abetter option.

Pleasant traditional pub for the more mature drinkers.
Good selection of real ales and wine. Efficient bar staff, and plenty of them a welcome change from the other big chain establishments in the town.

Dined at the Nags Head tonight. The pub is very pleasant with modern decor, smoke free. Bevererages fine. Food and service very poor, having spent 2 years at catering college with some knowledge of reasonable food and service I can only describe both the food and service as poor. I have visited the pub before and the food was OK. Tonight I had a Rib eye steak, I asked for medium, came up well to well done. My wife had the chicken which was as dry as you can get. Wine was OK. I spoke to front of house staff and passed on my comments. It will take some persuading to return.

Ivory Rooms, Billericay
Very well presented pub. Good service at the bar and a great selection of cocktails. Got really busy as the Night went on and had difficulty in getting served, bar area is a little small.
