The Jekyll and Hyde, Edinburgh
Went once (well, visited it two times) when I visited Edinburgh (one of their many rock pubs, was a bit jealous - most cities don't have that many). The toilets behind the bookcase was cool (I later visited Pit And Pendulum in Nottingham and they had the same thing). It's decorated cool and I thought if I lived in Edinburgh I'd visit a lot. I love rock pubs!

The Pit and Pendulum, Nottingham
Only been once when visiting Nots, but I loved it. It's a rock pub, so it was my kinda thing! The toilets are hidden behind a "bookcase" which is cool, infact the pubs is decorated 'goth' like, which is cool and fits in with the music playing.

Nice bar. Used to sell Jagermesiter for 1 for a shot drink, but now it's 1.50. Has candles on tables in evening. Plays a good selection of music. Quite a laid back atomsphere when it's not too busy, but sometimes it can get a bit over-crowded and you have to wait ages at the bar. Also if you don't want alcohol they sell a hot chocolate and it has a biscuit with it!

Another good rock pub in Sheffield (the other being Dove & Rainbow). Open each day other than Sunday. Has a pool table (always a good thing). Has a rock karaoke on a Wed which can be quite fun.

Great pub, been going since 2007. Easy to see why anyone into rock and metal music would want to become a regular. It has a pool table, which is always good, and several pinball machines! Staff are friendly too. Owner Jason is very friendly, he DJs Friday & Saturday nights and will play requests and chat with customers if they like! All in all just a great rock pub!

The Dry Dock, Leeds
Cool pub, been a few times when I've visited Leeds. I like the fact it's shaped like a boat, I've been on the upstairs bit and the inside bit. Has a pool table too!
