Wow, what a transformation. Loads of great ales and superb food. AJ's Kitchen is now based here, so the best pies and Sunday Roast for miles are served here. Cracking garden.

A right dive, full of lowlife hanging around outside with no shirts beating their chests and making noise.

One of the best Sunday lunches I have had. Shame it was spoilt by the rude and scruffy barman.

On first impressions the place looks great, nice and bright and modern looking. Staffs were friendly enough. We went for a Sunday lunch and the food was very poor. The presentation was awful; it resembled a pre packaged meal from Iceland. (Not that I go in there but seen a picture of 1 in the window). Hint learn how to make Yorkshire puddings properly.

Good location, very much a "local boozer". the food is ok. It shows Soccer AM on saturday mornings which is a right touch.

The exterior looks good but once inside it is a big disappointment. Looks like it could do with a good clean. The Thai restaurant in the rear of the pub is ok at best. Poor location. Go to Kings Arms instead.

I have visited on a few occasions and the only reason I have returned was that the food is amazing and offers something completely different to other establishments in the area. The menu is fresh, exiting and great value for money. But the service was poor, it took 15mins to get my drinks order and there was only 2 other tables seated??? I also found the bar staff rude and more interested in chatting to other members of staff than customer service. If they could get the front of house in order they would have a fantastic venue.
